Are there any types of clothing to avoid?
Thin stripes and checkered patterns are to be avoided since these patterns may interfere by causing distortion.
How many shots will the photographer take?
The number of photos taken varies by session type. Rest assured, Bellefontaine Photography will take as many shots as necessary so that you have an excellent selection of images.
How would you describe your style?
We have a very candid and fast photography style, but we also like to get posed photos. Many of our clients say that this is the most important photo to get because it takes a professional photographer to get everyone in place, looking good and looking at the camera. You will get that shot and many more candid, laughing, playful photos.
How will we see the photos?
Sneak peeks will be available on our Facebook page within two days of your session. Turnaround for pictures is two weeks. During busy seasons like the fall and Christmas, turnaround can be up to three weeks. Turnaround for wedding pictures is 8-10 weeks. Once the photos are ready, we will send a Dropbox with your files to your email.
What if my child is not behaving?
Our sessions are designed to be fun, fast moving and candid. We always try to get the posed pictures done first and then dedicate the rest of the session for candid photos. You will get beautiful shots from your session. So don't worry about your children, we will take care of everything! Our own kids are usually a great distraction and will help put your kids at ease.
Are the final photos retouched?
Packages include a certain number of images that are retouched, colour corrected and ready to print.
